Making the project mascot
In October 2009 we started a contest at "Inselschule". Our pupils had the task to draw, glue or just hand in ideas for a mascot for the Comenius-project "Let's leave smaller footprints to save our planet Earth".

WaterDay
On March the 5th the students of grade 3 had a special day dealing with water all around the world. Therefore they went to the Biosphäre in Potsdam.

'Rubbish' project to help the environment
The students of the inclination differentiation group, “Nature and Environment", had the idea of doing a project on ‘Rubbish’ as a part of our Comenius programme "Let's leave smaller footprints to save our planet Earth."

13.10.2009 We then went outside where the sign to say that the school was officially a part of the Comenius project was finally put on the wall with help from all the teachers, pupils and officials.
